At Roark, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure with the perfect fit and style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
